A look in the life of....

my blogging hiatus is due to some significant milestones that have come up these past couple weeks.

i started going back to the doctors again as we're starting to try again for the family we've been dreaming of for so long now it seems. ed also got laid off from work and now we're really taking a good look at our lives and trying to evaluate what it is we want to do with our lives

my friend once said to me that milestones are necessary in life and without them change would take so much longer. i think we'll be moving again ... this time, out of the country ....

Hi Jen, I'm sorry to hear that Ed was laid off. It seems everyone around now a days is facing this. When the financial crisis first hit, I was really really stressed because I work in an industry that is directly related to finance. I knew that lay-offs were going to come and I got super stressed. Then one day it just hit me that I was being silly. Change is inevitable and without it, half the things in my life and the funny paths that I embarked upon would never have happened if it weren't for change.

I think your friend is right that milestones are necessary in life an sometimes what seems to be a downturn, could end up being a door to an even better path.

Keep us posted. You have me intrigued when you mentioned moving out of the country :)

Love and Hugs,
Karen O.
